CANCELLATION POLICY: 

100% Refund up to 30 days prior to arrival

50% Refund up to 14 days prior to arrival

(5% processing fee withheld on cancellations)

Security Deposit ($500) required for Book Direct Reservations

 Cleaning Fee $350 * Florida Sales Tax 13.5%

 Our nightly rates range between $220 and $420, depending on the season and local events. For accurate pricing, please use our BOOK DIRECT link and check your preferred dates. 

 Pool/Spa Heat can be provided at a rate of $35 per day, plus tax.
